Pain and chronic pain in the pre-hospital setting
Presented by Matt Capsey
Tuesday 23rd April 2024 19:00-21:00
Units 7 & 8, Ignite, Magna Way, Rotherham
Only 35 places

Pain is a common presentation and reason for patients to call for help. Sometimes there is an obvious cause, but pain, and it's presentation, is a complex biopsychosocial phenomena. This session will be an opportunity to explore psychosocial elements of pain assessment, including your own assumptions. Pain does not always indicate pathology, during this CPD opportunity we will discuss chronic pain presentations, including chronic non-specific back pain. This face-to-face session will be taking place in Rotherham.
