I am a paramedic with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.  I have been a registered paramedic since October 2012.

After qualifying as a paramedic, I gained an Undergraduate degree from the Open University and BC subsequently graduated Msc (with merit) Advancing Healthcare Practice from the Open University in 2018. I have a keen interest in QI, pre-hospital research, sepsis and palliative and end of life care.

What is your one most important benefit of being a member and why?
Excellent access to CPD

What led you to become a representative trustee?
I wish to help forward our profession and ensure its success in Northern Ireland

How would you like to see the College develop over the next five years?
To help develop and nurture our profession and ensure that that as a representative body we can keep up with the fast change in our NHS and ensure paramedics play a vital role in its future
