Learning From a Dietitian and Educating Our Patients
The College of Paramedics welcomes experienced dietitian Nusrat Kausar. Nusrat is a qualified NHS, primary care, and freelance dietitian who has been educating patients on healthy eating for over 12 years. 

From translating nutritional science into everyday advice, and informing people about eating healthily, to assessing, diagnosing, and treating dietary and nutritional problems, a dietitian's scope of practice is as extensive as many pre-hospital roles.

During this event, Nusrat will provide a range of resources available for us and our patients, educate us so that we may signpost to information for patients suffering from common diseases including diabetes, stroke, anaemia, and more.

For those working in direct contact with patients, this event is not to be missed, we can all make a difference and it starts with education.
