Paramedic Prescribing
The College continues to lobby for access to prescribing rights for paramedics with the necessary educational background.
We have had a number of meetings with the Dept of Health policy lead on prescribing and as part of their consultation process on establishing the need for paramedic prescribing, we submitted the attached paper with examples of where prescribing could aid practice.
